Step 1: Submission

• Authors must submit both Abstract and Full Paper through the online submission system.
• Authors are required to select their preferred publication option during submission.
• All submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and contain experimental or research results.

Step 2: Review Eligibility

• All submitted papers will be considered for the peer review process based on submission completeness and compliance with the conference guidelines.
• Only papers that meet the basic requirements will proceed to the review process.

Step 3: Review Process

• All submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees.
• Possible outcomes:
  • Not Accepted → Rejected
  • Accepted → Proceed to presentation

Step 4: Registration Requirement

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee.
• Only registered papers will be included in:
  • The conference program
  • The Abstract Book
  • And all publication tracks (Proceedings / Journal)
• Papers without completed registration will not be published.

Step 5: Abstract Book Publication

All accepted papers will be published in the Abstract Book of ICoMEIA 2026

Step 6: Select Publication Type

Authors must choose one of the following publication tracks:

• Option 1: Proceedings Track
  • AIP Proceedings Paper will be reviewed by AIP reviewers
    • Reject → End process
    • Accept → Published in AIP Proceedings
  • ICoMEIA Proceedings Papers will be published in ICoMEIA Proceedings
• Option 2: Journal Track
  • Thailand Statistician Journal
    • Not selected → Redirect to ICoMEIA Proceedings
    • Selected → Submit to journal system
  • AJSTR Journal
    • Reject → End process
    • Accept → Published in AJSTR Journal

Step 7: Presentation

• All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
• Presentation certificates will be provided during the symposium after the presentation.

Step 8: End of Process

All publication paths conclude after:

• Acceptance and publication
• Or rejection
